Immigration woes

Francisco Villacrusis sits in the offices of Asian Law Caucus. He's trying to get his kids into the U.S. from the Philippines and is concerned that if current proposed immigration reforms take effect, the elimination of family reunification procedures will negatively effect his efforts.
